The events that have unfolded over the last year have changed the restaurant industry forever. It is our intention to continue to provide a safe environment for our staff and a safe social destination for our guests.
Our organization has and will continue to follow all state and federal guidance on how to create a safe work environment for our guests and our staff. All of our decision making is based on science and facts.
Beginning February 1st, 2021, we will be reopening our indoor dining spaces at limited capacity.
If you chose to dine with us, there are several things you should be aware of before heading our way:
- We have reduced our capacity to 25%
- Masks are required at all times while on our property (including our outdoor spaces.)
- We are not accommodating reservations for indoor dining. All indoor dining is first come first serve.
- We cannot accommodate groups larger than 6 people.
- All tables or bar clusters are minimum 6 feet apart from each other.
- We have eliminated the ability to wait indoors for a table or to wait indoors for carryout orders. We do offer curbside, have the ability to place carry-out orders at our take-out window or and encourage you to try any of our other restaurants if your wait time is too significant.
- Our indoor hours of operation correspond with the 10pm-4am curfew for INDOOR dining.
- We will safely and securely require you to provide us with your contact information in the event that contact tracing is needed. We will do so by providing a QR code for you to scan and enter your information. That information will be saved for 28 days and only provided to the Kent County Health Department or MDHSS upon request.
We have several options for you to continue to get your taste of Nashville Heat meets Michigan Neat:
